GENERAL
Q. How to I get GPI to photograph my school?
A. Speak to an Administrator and have them contact us at either giganteproductions@gmai.com or 813-907-1078.
Q. What is my online code?
A. Underclass/Seniors online code is your student I.D.
A. Youth league online code will be the league name.
A. School sports before 2022, the online code will be your school initial followed by sport event e.g WRHS Boys Basketball (View Codes Here)
Q. How and when will I receive my order?
A. Orders will be shipped directly to your home, within 1 - 2 weeks.
Q. What do I need to know about Digital Downloads?
A. Due to Individual security settings, some Digital Download links can go to your spam email folder.
A. Please check to make sure you entered the correct email address on your order.
A. It is recommended to download your high resolution images to a desktop or laptop.
Q. When will I be able to see my proofs?
A. Senior portraits usually within 2-3 business days.
A. Fall/Spring will be approximately 1 week after picture day.
A. School sports photos within 1 week.
Q. Does my order include a copyright release?
A. Yes, If you purchased a digital download.
SENIORS
Q. When is the best time to book?
A. May - Aug. Earlier is best time to book with lots of availibility.
A. Sep - Oct. A very busy time with limited availibility.
A. Nov -Dec. This is time where most deadlines are scheduled and booking availability are VERY LIMITED. You may not get booked in time.
Q. Which photos are required for the yearbook?
A. The school will inform you of what their yearbook requirements are.
Q. Does the sitting fee include purchased images?
A. The non-refundable sitting fee covers the cost of the booking and the images that school require for the yearbook.
A. All taken images will be made available in a private gallery, where they can be purchased.
Q. Who selects the yearbook images and how is it done?
A. The student/family get to select the images for the yearbook via the provided online gallery.
A. A QR code, given after photo session, and an email with link will be provided.
A. You need to navigate to the ‘Yearbook’ tab at the top of the gallery and select your images there.
A. However, if you miss your deadline and only if your school approves it, the images will be chosen by lab.

UNDERCLASS
Q. How to order my student’s Picture Day photo?
A. Preorders can be made at www.giganteproductions.com (click here) before Picture Day.
A. After Picture Day, you can view/order via the QR code that your student will bring home or online (click here).
Q. What if we did not like the photos or my student misses Picture Day?
A. Makeup day is 4 - 5 weeks after original picture day. Your school will provide date.
A. On Makeup day, please bring back your photo package if doing a retake.
Q. How do I know when Picture Day is at my student’s school?
A. Your school will inform parents of dates via emails, social media post and school website.
Q. How should my student be dressed for Picture Day?
A. Students must follow school dress code for photos.
A. If your school’s option is greenscreen, DO NOT WEAR ANYTHING GREEN.
